 <description>&lt;p&gt;Detroit is a *dinosaur*.  Ford, GM, whatever- the problem is that once any company reaches a certain size, the accountants take over from the engineers, and from that point on the focus is on suppressing competition rather than accepting any kind of change to the way they do business.  The music industry is another example of this phenomenon.  Are you listening, accountants?  You are the problem!  Raawr!&lt;/p&gt;
