The "Cinders Principle," a great read and an astute point

If ever I’ve come across a more important lesson for managers, team leaders, parents, teachers, CEO’s, and all who are responsible for the performance and growth of others, let his one be known as the “CINDER’S PRINCIPLE”

Fast Talk Response -

I do not think "we" who as members "of the Republic for which it stands" should be via our tax dollars paying to stave off the mortgage crisis.
-

I am still amazed that those to whom we trust to decide America's destiny remain committed to protecting corporate interests over the interests of the Americans who are facing foreclosure at the hands of predatory lending practices.
Fast Talk Response -

Not possibly the quickest, but I assure you this is the best way to achieve re-employment out of college, after lay-off, making a career change, or re-entering the job market after raising a family, and more.

Job Searching vs. Career Marketing
By Arnie Sherr, President Sherr Enterprises

Consider, if you will, the difference between these two, very different concepts.

Bud,

Have I gotta’ story for YOU!

Some years ago when in my third marriage (a secret I doubt), I was in business with my father-in-law. The business; we were Home Improvement Contractor’s. Along with many management responsibilities I, like my father –in-law ran leads; that is, I went into home to sell siding and/or roofing. I’ve been in sales my entire life, but at that time I was in my early 30’s and had much to learn. In home sales was new to me and I had my personal challenges adapting.

Let me allay the scenario as a story.

Mark Walker;

All you have intricately eluded is as valid as is the earth's accuracy of orbit. Little may be said to dispel the changes you depict. However, in sales- I began my selling career in the 60's - there are certain basic selling principles that have not nor never will change or become obsolete.
