 <description>&lt;p&gt;I think that Starwood is ahead of the curve.  Guests not only need a place to sleep but a respite from their hectic schedule; business or pleasure.  For what hotels are charging these days, guest deserve more than a clean bed.  Giving them a pleasurable, multi-media experience will pay off, especially since the effect is at a sub-conscious level.&lt;/p&gt;
