 <title>Relocating to the Twin Cities</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;My husband and I are looking to leave Houston, Texas for the awesome weather in the Minneapolis area (yeah, we are aware that winters can be pretty cold and brutal).  Does anyone have recruiters or career coaches that they would suggest in the Twin Cities?  My husband is looking for jobs in the transportation/logistics arena.  His background is primarily barge transportation of petro-chemicals.  I am looking for independent consulting opportunities for filling change management needs on projects (e.g., communications, training, leadership alignment, stakeholder management, etc.).&lt;/p&gt;

As an experienced woman in an MBA program in the late 90s, I garnered considerable knowledge and understanding by being able to apply the concepts to my real-world experience (even if my experience came from 4 years of retail management after college).&lt;/p&gt;
