If Chipotle wants even more people to enjoy their humanely raised cuisine, here's my thought: they should learn to be more gentle on the ears of their human stakeholders as well. With not a soft surface anywhere in their restaurants, the loud and percussive racket is enough to drive away anyone who has any of their hearing left (and wants to keep it that way.)

I recall hardcore bands in junior high having a bumper sticker: "If it's too loud, you're too old."
