 <description>&lt;p&gt;Sorry, I&#039;ve always felt that folks that say &quot;it&#039;s not about the technology&quot; are the folks that simply don&#039;t understand the details of technology - and therefore try to discount it altogether...  Technology is what ENABLES the broad impact of social networking, etc. to engage others and to profoundly influence the behavior of a market.  Simply put - technologists create innovative tools/solutions which then provide new collaboration models and paradigms.&lt;/p&gt;
