As I wrote in earlier comment, in my experience what you said is generally a fact here in Asia. It takes so much effort to change the mindset of adapting to change. If a group of people want it to happen, some other groups will resist.&lt;br /&gt;
Anyway, as you said (especially in telco and banking) they really need to adapt to change, otherwise customers will just change their minds as there are many alternatives available now.&lt;/p&gt;

Basically I am not alien to what you said in your posting :). Yes, the culture in Asia most of the time makes the customers neglected. It&#039;s funny to observe that the customers who actually pouring in the profit are considered invisible. Anyway some organisation really work hard to improve this conditions.&lt;/p&gt;
