 <description>&lt;p&gt;why is it that after 12 yrs of the&lt;br /&gt;
internet, there is still not one&lt;br /&gt;
legitimate venture capital firm that&lt;br /&gt;
will respond within 72 hours to proposals, or even respond at all?&lt;br /&gt;
----is there a way for each subscriber to join a VC firm--or maybe create one&lt;br /&gt;
via a SCOR offering?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;or do a D506?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have even asked money brokers why&lt;br /&gt;
they seek money for others, 5-6 days&lt;br /&gt;
a week?  Why not create a mini fund&lt;br /&gt;
and begin funding proposals themselves?&lt;/p&gt;
