 <description>&lt;p&gt;Of course it&#039;s considered an illusion... given the source, the WSJ, as in Wall Street bailout. The percentages of who will actually have their tax liabilities reduced is only a statistic. What is fact is that under current policies and those proposed by the Republican nominee, those who make the most would continue to get the most tax breaks and cuts.&lt;/p&gt;
