Fast Talk Response -

I sure hope not! If they do, hopefully they'll be mindful of the planet and stick to a quarterly or yearly publication. We have too many magazines as it is, never mind the countless mail catalogues and other junk mail. Even printing on recycled paper is wasteful. Better to not print at all. If people want to read you're stuff, they'll find a way...like stealing time at work like I do!!!

It all depends on the commute of the workforce. I drive an hour each way 5 days a week. Right now I'm just about breaking even with gas money, but this time next month I'll basically be paying my job for the privilege to work there with gas prices the way they are. We are a tourism mecca here in SW Florida, and many companies close up for the summer entirely, which seems like the best solution of all.

Maybe 5 or 10 years ago being green was only for pretentious latte drinkers, but today, anyone can get in on the deal, which is great. If Barney's is carrying a line of green fashions, more power to them. Anyway, are chai-latte's still pretentious?

I work for an environmentally friendly store, meaning our store itself is green and we sell things like EcoTimber, Natural Cork, Bamboo towels, IceStone, CFL and LED lightbulbs and much more.
