Change Management

Nobody likes change! Even I don't like change. I consider myself comfortable exploring new things, new ideas and new ways to accomplish tasks. I adopt new technologies pretty early in their life-cycle. I left my home country for the adventure of life in the USA. I travel a lot and I constantly read about new ideas and concepts. But, in certain areas of my life I don't like change. I don't like to change my morning routine – I avoid breakfast meetings. I don't want my workspace changed. And, I don't like to update my work computer. Don’t disrupt my workflow!

Comment on Node ant

Oh, my Firefox on my office computer has this password vault, and saves me multiple times a day from using the "forgot password" feature. OpenID is certainly it and I am so glad that a lot of applications are opening up to it, not only the mainstream social networks but I also use a lot of productivity tools on the web, like the applications of 37signals (Basecamp, Highrise ) or GoToMeeting and GoToMyPc. Because the password vault from one computer is not transferable and I hardly function on any other computer, for instance my laptop.

Fast Company: Where Ideas And People Meet

As a beta tester of Fast Company's new business community site, I am fascinated
on what they are trying to do, it's a little bit of everything: LinkedIn,
Facebook, iGoogle. So far it seems it works for me, its interface is intuitive,
I understand what goes where and where I would find things and the different
things find me. Of couse, for those of use that have been around long enough,
know it’s the second generation Fast Company community site, after Company of
Friends.
