How can I be an inspiration to my staff?
Kara Gillis is researcher and consultant for Deloitte in Washington, DC. She specializes in change management, public policy and health economics. Currently, she is a Fellow in Deloitte’s GovLab, an innovation research fellowship for Deloitte’s Federal Practice. Her previous experience includes working in the health and international affairs fields conducting economics and demographic research, as well as nonprofit management.
