How do you deal with uncertainty?

Ms. Kellett currently serves as Director of Sprint Nextel’s employee and affinity membership program which drives over two million new customers and $1.7B in revenue annually. She leads the sales and field marketing activities of ~160 wireless development managers enabling this program.
Previously, she was Director, 4G, where she led the company’s 4G go-to-market efforts including defining and executing the 4G marketing strategy. She managed the cross-functional efforts wherein the 4G value proposition was defined and then worked with marketing, field, network, branding and media teams to decide upon the digital and traditional tactics necessary to realize that positioning in market. Due to this role, Ms. Kellett was named one of FierceWireless’ Top 10 Women in Wireless for 2010.
As Sprint initiated its key partnerships including those with Clearwire, Intel, Time Warner, Comcast, and Google, Ms. Kellett served as Director of 4G Partnerships and was instrumental in implementing those network and product agreements.
She has also created Sprint’s international carrier program for both WiMAX and CDMA technology and developed a handset procurement initiative for global operators to acquire devices from Samsung, Sanyo, LG and others. This initiative resulted in nearly $60 million in net revenue for Sprint over three years.
Ms. Kellett has been with Sprint Nextel over fifteen years, exclusively focused on wireless technology. She has a balance of technical and commercial skills which were developed in her early career in the areas of product development, MVNO and affiliate management, and fraud risk mitigation.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Global Studies and French from Rockhurst College and a Masters in Foreign Service with Honors in International Business Diplomacy from Georgetown University. Ms. Kellett has lived and worked abroad extensively and is fluent in French.
