FAST COMPANY: How did you find your last great idea?

B. BONIN BOUGH: That's the good thing about great ideas--that they can come from anywhere. I think the most important is to figure out what you're passionate about and what inspires you to come up with great ideas. For me, it's having conversations with a diverse range of people. That could be everything from fashion designers to fuel cell designers. It could be architects to astronauts. So that's what inspires me. Connecting those ideas.

How did you find your last great idea?

Bonin Bough is the Vice President of Global Digital and Consumer Engagement at Kraft Foods where he oversees all of Kraft’s digital communications, establishes new partnerships with online platforms, manages internal capabilities and develops strategies across the firm’s product portfolio. Having spent over fifteen years in the field of digital marketing, he's an avid supporter of the space, especially the world of emerging technologies. Bonin continues to be fascinated by how technology fundamentally transforms both society and business, and how it enables us to build stronger, more meaningful connections.
Prior to joining Kraft, Bonin was Senior Global Director of Digital and Social Media at PepsiCo.
