Team Talk: Polyvore on Successful Start-Ups

Jianing was most recently a software engineer at Yahoo, where he worked on Yahoo Trip Planner. Jianing has a degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University in Beijing. He is unsure if he will ever finish the Ph.D he started at Carnegie Mellon, because working at Polyvore is too much fun.
Fun fact: Jianing is an avid rock climber.
