What have you learned from failure?
Considered to be one of the finest chefs in the world, Ferran Adrià is a culinary artist and restaurant owner like no other. Adrià began his cooking career in 1980 working as a dishwater at the Hotel Playafels in Spain. He was shortly after drafted in the military to serve as a cook. Following his service he landed his first staff position at El Bulli as a line cook and eighteen months later he was promoted to head chef.
Adrià, now an established 3 Michelin star restaurant owner, is also an author of of several cookbooks and has appeared on PBS's Great Chefs.
