How do you make people less afraid to share ideas?

Chris Surdenik started at Call One in 1998 at the recommendation of Ameritech. Prior to joining Call One, Chris was a Provisioning Supervisor at USN Communications responsible for training and administration of the provisioning department.
Under Chris Surdenik, Call One has seen substantial growth, most recently being named to Crain's Fifty-Fastest Growing Companies in Chicago and Inc. Magazine's 500 5000 list. Chris was a panelist for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce Workplace of Excellence Committee and lead Call One into being named as one of the four finalists for the award in 2010.
Chris has also been featured as a bylined author and webinar moderator for business publications and online resources as an expert in the telecommunications industry – specifically as it relates to integrated telecommunications solutions.
Chris received his BA degree from University of Illinois and his Masters in Communication Sciences from Northwestern University.
