Leadership acts like the master of a vessel and succesful leadership can turn around the loosing business proposition to a most pofitable one.

I think about a Project Manager who is going to setup a new industry in a new area with problem of land acquistion,commissioning of factory and labor problems.

Also I think about  CEOs taking over a loss making concern which had no brand reputation ,but devited their best and made the whole company a profitable one.

I have watched a Bank which was about to be closed by Bank,but the Union leadership came forward and suggested new innovative ideas and within one year the millions of loss was converted to profit in the next financial year.

Smooth leadership change or change in leadership in a stable business environment is nothing special.Important is Crisis Leadership who can effectively handle the criris.
