• Did Cold Warrior make you want to test your mettle? Head to the outdoors with the National Outdoor Leadership School, which teaches adult courses involving team building, challenges, and confrontation. Or check out the Outward Bound Professional School whose mission is 'to create positive lasting change in the workplace by helping organizations improve individual and group effectiveness.' This challenging form of teaching could also be described as action learning, as in learning to take effective action through training in real life experiences. Check out the Ultimate Player's Association to find a listing of groups, pickup games, and tournaments to join in your area. Or, to start your own company team, read up on the rules of the game. A good resource guide for all skill levels, including a history of the game and quicktime clips of play (send some links out to excite your compatriots, or to strategize play), take a look at the Ultimate Handbook.
