Help Fast Company Set Its Agenda
Thank you to all of the Company of Friends members who participated in our recent Fast Company editorial survey. Widespread response was impressive -- the survey was the most successful online survey Fast Company has ever orchestrated -- and we' re still analyzing all of your feedback, ideas, and suggestions to develop plans to improve the magazine and its connection to the network.

In addition, here' s an open invitation. If you meet someone you think we need to know, encounter an organization you think we need to be aware of, or otherwise want to share feedback, ideas, and suggestions on how we can continue to improve the magazine and the Company of Friends, don' t wait for the next survey. There are several ways you can contribute to the conversation on an ongoing basis.
Consider posting a Sound Off! entry in response to an article. Write a letter to the editor. Suggest story ideas and potential sources.
How to Use the CoF Mailing Lists
With the assistance of CoF members and coordinators around the world, Fast Company recently drafted some mailing list usage guidelines for CoF groups.
The guidelines outline the purpose of the CoF mailing lists and Web discussions, suggest some first steps for newcomers, and offer some helpful do' s and don' ts to help make the mailing list conversations as fun and productive as they can possibly be.
Local CoF groups and SIG' s may create locally appropriate addenda to and variations of these guidelines. But if you' re not sure how to best jump into the online discussions -- or wonder whether a post is appropriate -- the guidelines are a good place to start.
RealTime in Real Time
Couldn' t make the trip to Miami for RealTime earlier this month? Here' s your second chance. Throughout the event, we published real-time, near-verbatim transcripts of all of the events at the ocean-side Loews Miami Beach on the Web.
