A: Anyone. You can login using your Twitter or Facebook account to comment. Older comments posted using Facebook Connect still exist.

Q: Can I comment anonymously?
A: No.

Q: Can I be banned from commenting?
A: Yes. Commenters who are excessively self-promotional, obnoxious, over-use obscenities, or abuse others will be banned from the site. Users will be banned without being notified.

Q: Can I edit or delete one of my comments?
A: You may delete your own comments, but you can't edit after posting them.

Q: Can I blog on FastCompany.com?
A: No, but you can certainly pitch a story to info at fastcompany dot com. Your pitch should include a short bio on you, links to things you have written, and some thoughts on what topics you would like to write about.

Q: How do I access the iPad edition if I am a print magazine subscriber?
A: US & Canadian subscribers please follow these steps for accessing the Fast Company iPad app:
1. Download the free Fast Company app from the Apple App Store.
2. Tap the blue button that says "Print Subscribers: tap here for access"
3. Use your account number and follow the instructions.
Please note: your user name is your email address and your password is your zip/postal code. If your email address is not linked to your account please add it here.

A: International subscribers please follow these steps for accessing the Fast Company iPad app:
1. Download the free Fast Company app from the Apple App Store.
2. Tap the blue button that says "Print Subscribers: tap here for access"

Please note: your user name is your email address and you will then be asked to create a password. This password must be all capital letters. Once you’ve done this, you should be able to sign in and read your issues using your email address and password to log in.

Q: I purchased through iTunes why can't I log in?
A: The sign-in area is for print subscribers only. As an iPad-only subscriber you do not need to sign-in. Your verification is your apple ID and password. There is a bug in the Fast Company app that requires you to delete the free Fast Company app from Newsstand (hold down the cover icon for three seconds and tap on the black "X") and re-download Fast Company from the App Store. The issues to which you've subscribed should be available for download at that point. Please note that your subscription begins with the current issue; back issues are not available if you were not previously a print subscriber. Upon re-install you may be prompted to "Restore all purchases".

Q: How do I access the PDF version of the magazine?
A: If you are subscribed to the digital edition of Fast Company, please use the following steps:
1. Log into Customer Care with your account number or email address.
2. Click the “Fast Company Digital” link under the “Magazine” heading.
3. From the left navigation bar, click “Request Instant Access Email” and follow the instructions.
You will then receive an email with a link to the digital edition of Fast Company.

Q: Can I add the print magazine to my iTunes subscription?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot add a print magazine subscription to your iTunes subscription. You can purchase separately at Fast Company.

Q: Is the android version available with my print subscription?
A: Currently all print subscriptions include access to the iPad edition only.

Q: Is there an iPhone app?
A: There is no iPhone app. There is only an iPad app.

Q: How do I cancel my auto-renewal subscription through iTunes?
A: To cancel auto-renewal from your iTunes app subscription please follow the steps below:
1. Go to your Manage App Subscriptions page and select the Fast Company app subscription.
2. Tap on the subscription category you want to cancel.
3. Tap to select OFF.
4. Then tap Turn OFF to re-confirm your cancellation.

Q: How do I log in to the website to access articles?
A: There is no login to access content on the website. It is accessible to everyone.

Q: Are digital downloads available for past issues?
A: Digital downloads are only available starting with the March 2012. For all print back issues please click here.

Q: I can't subscribe to the iPad edition from Israel.
A: Subscriptions directly from iTunes are not supported in Israel. To view the iPad edition from Israel please purchase directly from the Fast Company site.

Q: How do I download PDF articles?
A: PDF articles are not available for download.

Q: How do I sync my new iPad?
A: You should be able to do this without a problem as long as your new iPad is using the same iTunes account as your old one. Go to the Apple Support site for instructions on how to sync the data on your iPad. Once you sync your new iPad to your iTunes account, open the Fast Company app and select "Restore All Purchases". This should allow you to access all of the issues included in your subscription.

Q: Can more than one user access the iPad edition?
A: The iPad edition is available on five devices.

Q: How can I view the issue in landscape mode?
A: We only design for portrait. It was a deliberate design choice, made to provide the most optimized reading experience.

Q: How do I get my account number to access the iPad edition?
A: To access your account number please visit the Fast Company Customer Care site. Login using your email or with your name and mailing address. An email address must be linked to your account for iPad access. You can add this to your account on the Fast Company Customer Care site.
