On May 12, J. Darius Bikoff shut the office and flew all 100-plus employees to California to pitch their waters. With added nutrients such as ginseng and echinacea, Bikoff's line of Glaceau VitaminWater has brought new chic to the overcrowded water game. Two months after the trip to California, sales in the state nearly doubled.
