Is the Pope Catholic? Of course it is! Lehman Bros. and many of the other struggling (if not failing) banks are in for a bumpy ride in the immediate future. I predict about another year before they can begin digging themselves out of the hole.
We are seeing the chickens come home to roost after years of pushing faulty instruments on investors, lack of oversight by our government, and plain bad management at these investment houses. They weren't paying attention - too much time spent building their 39,000 square foot mansions in CT and RI
