I love my Blackberry! I own a wireless store in Canada and we sell Blackberry devices 20 to 1 compared to a traditional PDA. Windows Mobile just does not have the same appeal. People cannot handle the freezing screen syndrome! Blackberry error rates are significantly lower, and client satisfaction rates for our location are significantly higher. I am currently using the Blackberry Curve. I love the multiple email accounts, ease of uploading pictures to facebook, emailing etc. And messenger is great! My husband and I were just discussing how much text message and messenger have replaced voice interaction on wireless devices. Great phone, try it!
