By adding these free and fee-based services, we are giving members better results and more for their money during a time when many consumers may be tempted to sacrifice their fitness due to economic cutbacks.

Thanks to these innovations, we have been able to increase our member retention and cement our position as the fastest growing fitness franchise. We plan on implementing more added-value products and services moving forward, to provide our members with more tools and resources to reach their goals at an affordable price.
