The Leadership Agenda: Dream, Declare, Do

Immediately following Tom Peters's presentation, the tompeterscompany! will lead a collaborative and creative exercise that will carry through the entire two and a half days of the event. During this exercise, you will make your own declarations about what it means to be a leader in tough times. You'll create the ultimate take-home souvenir: a manifesto from the entire group that memorializes the moment, and shares the best practices and thinking on our readiness to learn, act, and envision the next era! You'll be asked to put on your journalist hats and interview, capture, and record a collective vision of the leadership challenges and winning stories in "Act II of the New Economy."  You'll then design the document of your team's declaration that will be shared on the last day of the conference with the entire RealTime group. Can we make a difference now? You bet. We declare ourselves ready and willing. What's on your leadership agenda? Get ready to dream, declare, do!

CoF Thinking Expedition
