Gap and 78 other companies (including Nokia and Tata Motors) are shortlisted for a Global Reporting Initiative Readers' Choice Award. The big winner will be announced at this three-day corporate conference in Holland. Goals for the conference are to further the goals of the GRI and to push for social-responsibility documentation to be as important in business as P&L statements and analyst reports.
