My husband and I are looking to leave Houston, Texas for the awesome weather in the Minneapolis area (yeah, we are aware that winters can be pretty cold and brutal).  Does anyone have recruiters or career coaches that they would suggest in the Twin Cities?  My husband is looking for jobs in the transportation/logistics arena.  His background is primarily barge transportation of petro-chemicals.  I am looking for independent consulting opportunities for filling change management needs on projects (e.g., communications, training, leadership alignment, stakeholder management, etc.).

 Any hints and suggestions would be much appreciated!
