Right now, the only Philippine tech startup that I know of is Morph Labs(www.mor.ph). They just successfully concluded Morph Code, an event that brought together entrepreneurs and ideas targeted at web 2.0 and SaaS. It was held in Ateneo de Manila University. I missed the event though.
