no help for Fast Company users?

I have posted many requests for help of any kind on this group, and I have sent email to Fast Company, and I have never received any response. I am shocked at the complete lack of any support for what is supposed to be an electronic community. If anyone sees this at all, please respond, so I can at least know there are people, if not staff, on this site and I'm not just writing in a vacuum.

The help I'm looking for this time: I need to edit an event that I posted. There are no instructions anywhere on the site for doing so. I did find a way to flag content, which theoretically should allow me as administrator  to delete and then repost the edited event. But the instructions for following up on flagged content say: "To remove items flagged by users, go to the Flagged Items Tab located at the top of the screen." What screen? What tab? I can find nowhere on the site at all that any of these items appear.

At this point I think I must recommend to my company that we withdraw from using fastcompany.com, since it does not follow any kind of customer or community service principles that would facilitate its use.
