Has anyone had trouble getting confirmations of submissions?

After filling out the form, I've tried clicking both Preview and Submit Query, but I don't get a chance to preview, nor do I get a confirmation of my submission. I was told by support that it isn't being worked on, because so much of the focus is on revamping the website. With the deadline coming up, I'm getting a bit nervous.

Has anyone in the group had a similar issue or know what's going on?
