1. Vote
Each month you, our readers, will be asked to vote for the upcoming Fast Company Book of the Month. We'll provide you with five choices that we feel share the mission of the magazine: to help you work smarter and lead better. Browse the excerpts and decide which book you'd most like to read and discuss.
2. Read
The winning book for this month has already been picked and can always be found at the Book Club main page. Order a copy from our bookstore (conveniently connected to Amazon.com), and get started.
3. Discuss
After you've finished reading, make sure to come back to the site to read our discussion questions - topics that we hope will start a lively discussion within a group. It's up to you to decide how to participate: either post online to our virtual discussion for each book, or form your own discussion group within your organization.
