Unfortunately, this program does mean a little exercise is required but thankfully they are very easy and very short. There are no warm ups or stretches, not even any cardio! It is broken up into three parts, beginner, intermediate and advanced for people with varying fitness levels. Beginner is aimed at people who haven’t done any exercise in years so there is no need to worry. Initially, 15 – 25 minutes for 3 days a week.
