A Work In Progress
To: Whom It May Concern
Re: Sober Living Home for Women
Here at A Work In Progress we enforce a strict no alcohol, no drug
policy. It is mandatory for all residents to follow a 12 step program,
which includes attending 12 step meetings daily (if not working), have
a sponsor, and being of service in their own recovery. As a resident
here all services are geared for one purpose only: To obtain and
maintain sobriety from alcohol and all other altering substances.
Thank you Virginia Swanson – Kaufman for your kindness in donating to our sober living.

Dear Salvation Army,
It was indeed a great pleasure to meet with you the other day and
to find out all you do to help others. I was really impressed and had
no idea of the degree of help, training and housing you and your
organization give to people who need it.
I will only be too glad to donate my time to educate your people
about real estate to help them move into a different phase of their
lives. As you know it is important to me that these people pay no
monies to me now or in the future.
We had talked about October 1st 2008 in the evening for 3 hours. I
will make myself available that evening and Sally, who introduced us,
will be there to help as well. Let me know the time.
I will also donate the real estate materials your audience will need if you tell me how many there will be.
Sincerely,
Virginia Swanson - Kaufman

Millionaire Academy
Dear Virginia,
I was in the middle of a financial challenge before I met you. I
was looking for opportunities that will lead me to the door to
financial independence. I have been looking for a mentor that suits me
for a long time that will take me by the hand and guide my every step.
Although I waited for a few years before it happened, it finally came
true when you walked through the door to the investor club meeting here
in Long Beach. My instinct told me you are the person that I am looking
for.
I want to thank you for guiding me in my recent foreclosure deal
where I implemented the Short Sales Strategy that I learned from one of
your interactive classes.
If I did not attend your classes, I would not have a clue on how to
help my relative stop the trust deed sale. It was very challenging
because I only found out about the sale when it was only a few days
away.
I opened your Short Sales Course Handbook and I followed the steps,
used the form you provided, and I followed the sample Bank Talk – Short
Sale conversation and I tailored it to fit my situation.
In the beginning, the bank does not even entertain my short sale
because it was only 3 days away from the sale. They wanted me to pay
the defaulted amount of $21,000 to stop it; however coming up of that
amount by the close of business that day was impossible. It looked like
to me a dead end road, but I did not give-up because of you.
I called the bank again and started the negotiation over, and the
person I talked to agreed to entertain my offer as long as I can come
up with the required documents. I provided all the documents they
needed and 1 day before the sale, I was able to stop it and they
accepted my offer. It was unbelievable! The saying it true, “If there’s
a will, there’s a way.”
I am confident that I have a bright future ahead of me. The
strategies that I learned from your classes will serve as tools as long
as I live, and I will continually polish them so that I will become a
better, wiser, and a wealthy real estate investor.
I know that I am not alone because I can always count on your
guidance and can come back as long as I wish to your courses for the
rest of my life!!!. Thank you so much.
Sincerely,
Iris C. D.
