Schools and degrees for studying the business end of design?

With the recent crisis on Wall Street, I think that more and more companies, especially in design industries, will be looking for fewer MBA's and a greater number of leaders who can combine business savvy with design or creative sensibilitites.  And I am very interested in a career switch to a creative industry.

There are some schools identified on the Design Management Institute site www.dmi.org. Does anyone have additional suggestions on schools and graduate programmes that offer a combination of these two areas in one degree? These programmes seem to be few and far between in the US.
