Assurant National Sales Trainer of the Year Tom Gray today announced the launch of a state-of-the-art website to establish and promote his new independent consultancy, a training service available to business owners and managers in the motorsport, powersport, and watersport industries. 

  A nine-year veteran trainer with industry leader Assurant Solutions, Gray has provided education, guidance, and tailored profitability solutions to thousands of successful clients nationwide.

The new website (www.tomgraysolutions.com) offers a wide spectrum of original training and consulting programs that visitors will soon be able to sample in the form of free mini-presentations. The modular design of the sessions allows them to be used individually when specialized focus is desirable, or blended into a carefully tailored series to suit a unique combination of needs.

The programs deal with the full range of challenges—from basic steps to successful selling, through closing and follow-up.  They incorporate methodologies and techniques based on Gray’s own insights, observations, and experience.
