Ft. Lauderdale, FL – Team National (http://www.bign.com/whatwedo/default.asp) members and guests gathered at the 2008 Grand National Convention hosted by National Companies Inc. (http://bign.com) at the Marriott World Center, Orlando, FL, in October. Angela Loehr Chrysler, President and CEO, and Team National top Platinum leaders spoke to a packed house of their exciting new products and enhanced services now available.
Some of the new products announced include grills, spas, billiard tables, K-12 school furniture, commercial furniture and saunas. Also mentioned, in the nutritional category, is an enhanced line of Team National nutritional supplements for adults, including a great tasting liquid blend, TN Taste 4 Life, with Acai, Pomegranate and Sensara. A new communications service provider has been added as well. These new additions join the already 20 plus categories available to members such as automotive, home furnishings, jewelry, business savings/solutions, technology, home products and Team National (TN) Real Estate. TN member agents assist people buying or selling a home.
”We are always researching new products and services to bring more value to our Team National membership in a way that answers their requests,” says CEO and President Angela Loehr Chrysler. “We are fortunate to continue to grow in these difficult economic times as we help fill a need for those looking to stretch their

An important part of every Team National convention is their fund raising efforts. This year’s Grand National Convention Gala Night featured Dan Dunn’s PaintJam™, an exciting, high-energy, improvisational painting performance.
Performed to music, Dan’s gyrations created three, masterpiece paintings of the American Eagle, the Statue of Liberty and founder Dick Loehr. The paintings were then auctioned off with the proceeds going to Gateway for Cancer Research, Great Lakes Burn Camp and Feed the Children. Since 2001, their donations to charitable organizations have exceeded $1.4 million.

Happy Holidays to all. Christmas time is a favorite holiday in our household. It is the fun of Santa Claus and Christmas presents that makes us feel like kids again. I admit, I love Santa and presents too, who doesn't? But it really is the tradition and the spirit of the holiday that I love.
The holidays are a natural time to reach out to your local charities and help people in need. We, at National Companies, adopted 5 families and I truly feel blessed that our company has the resources to help others enjoy this holiday season. I always find the anticipation of the New Year exciting. This year is no different. I know 2009 will be a year of momentum. We have launched many great new items in 2008 and we have enhanced several areas. Yet, I believe the new year will be better than I can even begin to imagine. Some of you might say, "how can you say that with the recent economic news?" It is simple. It takes the same energy to worry as it does to believe.
