Nuconomy based in Tel Aviv and San Francisco (part of the recent Israeli web tour in California) aims to give publishers more information about their websites than Google Analytics currently offers. CEO Shahar Nechmad wants to give people insights that are usually only available to sites that can pay thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars per month, from service providers like webtrends or omniture.

Nuconomy is approaching analytics in new ways that are beyond the simple page view analytics, and measure different types of activities. And they are digging a lot deeper on both the user side and contributor side. The type of metrics being measured consider the impact of widgets, Ajax, Flash, mobile and more, which generally are not tracked by other companies.
