FedPitch gives you the chance to make a difference by seeking proposals to identify innovative ways to attract and recruit people to federal public service and new approaches for retaining, engaging, motivating, rewarding, developigng or leading the federal workforce. This competition allows citizens to present 2-minute "pitches: of their ideas for improving workforce management in the federal government. The competition is held during the week of May 4 on the National Mall in Washington D.C. as part of Public Service Recognition Week.
Go to www.FedPitch.org by April 4, 2009 and submit your ideas! Finalists will be announced on April 13.

Stephanie - I see that the 20 finalists have been announced (http://www.fedpitch.org/news/PRESS%20RELEASE%20for%20FedPitch%20-%20Fina...). I sure hope that these 2-minute pitches are videotaped and posted on the web somewhere. This sounds like a great forum.
