When Adding Careers to Your Profile...

...the older start date is 2005. Can't seem to state that jobs started prior to '05.

Also, as I type this post I see that it by default will be associated with the Topics that I have expressed interest in. Seems like that default setting will result in alot of content being indexed into topic areas that are not relevant.
