The Everything Guide To Being A Paralegal: Winning Secrets to a Successful Career! by Steven Schneider is a fantastic handbook for brand spanking new paralegals or existing professionals looking to advance their careers. It is also valuable for people  who are wondering if the paralegal profession is for them.

The book deals with many issues to to with the law professional including Paralegal Career Options, Paralegal Ethics and Professional Responsibility, Pre-Trial Preparation, the top types of law practice. Many people are choosing a career as a paralegal and this excellent book is a great first step to success in the growing field of paralegal practice.

Sandy Hutchens considers this book to be a great overview of all aspect of the field. Those who have already completed a degree in paralegal studies will still find this book to be a great reference for all the areas that were studied at school. It will act as a terrific reminder for those areas of paralegal practice which are not used on a regular basis. I recommend it to beginning paralegals as well as veterans with years of experience. Steven Schneider has done a very good job of writing in a way that keeps everything easy for anyone to understand yet with enough detail to be of use to any paralegal.

Sandy Hutchens obtained his Paralegal Litigator certification from the Canadian Paralegal Association in Toronto, Canada and was pleased to have this book recommended by a legal associate of his. Hutchens found this book to be full of relevant information about the profession, the importance of credentials and most importantly what potential employers such as law firms and corporations expect from persons such as Hutchens. Sandy has recommended this book to a dozen people already.

This book is highly recommended.
