Nice site layout.  I like the draw facilitating colaboration and also giving the user somewhat of a whiteboard to feed ideas, in the top section of the website. 

Also the segmentation ability of artical focus under the Fast Company banner. 

Sometimes I like to see the content as found in each print issue, don't change this possibility. 

At quick glance, I didn't see any tickler to note podcasts.  I subscribe to many business focused podcasts.  If I can't find them, I don't subscribe to them....
