(October, 2009)   McCann Systems, an innovative design-build audio visual integrator, is a leader in AV integration for corporate auditoriums.  With a stellar track record of serving the audio visual needs of the corporate community, McCann Systems expertise is currently sought by corporate clientele seeking fresh, new AV design concepts for their corporate auditoriums and theaters.

McCann’s AV ingenuity is illustrated in their recent integration for Morningstar Inc., an independent investment research firm.  When Morningstar decided to move to their new facility, located in Chicago’s Daley Plaza, they secured McCann’s AV expertise to aid in the design and installation of all AV within their new corporate headquarters – the showpiece of which is their tiered Theater, featuring a 220” Da-Lite Screen and Christie projector. McCann also installed four plasmas, suspended from the ceiling for viewing from the rear of the space, as well as a Bose speaker system to deliver quality sound, completing the state-of-the-art Audio Visual integration.

McCann Systems also delivered cutting-edge technology to the auditorium of the venerable Maimonides Medical Center.  At almost 100 years old, Maimonides Medical Center is a pre-eminent treatment facility and academic medical center, located in Brooklyn, NY.  At the center of the medical center is the Schreiber Auditorium, a 350-seat facility, which was in dire need of an AV overhaul.  Maimonides Medical Center hired McCann Systems to transform the space into a hi-end presentation auditorium.  To achieve this, McCann introduced four Bose Panaray Speaker systems, two Bose MB-12 subwoofers built into custom niches, a Christie Digital DS6k projector accompanied by a Da-Lite 220” motorized screen and a custom low-profile Marshall lectern. The auditorium also features audio and video conferencing, an assisted listening system for presentations and site wide audio and video distribution.
