Time is quickening and many structures are folding. The way we do business is part of what is changing rapidly. I am noticing many subtleties lately; I am aware that I have to be more and more conscious of the old thoughts and patterns that have held me back in the past. In this current marketplace, it is vital that I recognize these before I act and choose to act from a place of strength and self esteem. To actually "be" more than do or to do after the "being".
I was at one of the networking groups I belong to today and the topic of the speaker was "I choose to thrive." She reflected a similar theme- she had been in business for 17 years and thought she was enlightened and making wise decisions and recently became aware that she was not being authentic and wasn't thriving; when she realized that and began acting from a place of strength- her core as she called it- business flowed and she thrived. Interestingly enough, she has also taken on losing weight and has just lost a whole size! That is another subtlety I see - people are waking up to the knowledge that they are whole and complete- business is not separate from personal; physical is not separate from mental/emotional and on and on. That is another subtlety that I am expereincing- integrity in all aspects of life. The call to align all areas. I have to show up as who I am, no matter where I am!
Another subtlety is the use of language- we expereinced that today as we met the advisory board of the group I lead. The group is trying to do something new and revolutionary in business and one of the advisory board pointed out the use of language that did not support that. How perfect!
The last subtlety I will reflect on is that of satisfaction- on a leadership call yesterday we were generating what it felt like to create something and decided that satisfaction can only occur in what we create- not in what we have had. A call to create and then be in "I don't know" about the how and the what and the where. That is what creates the possibilities......
And this was just this week! The revolution is here! We are not taking up guns, but we are taking up our minds and hearts and bodies differently! What a wonderful time to be creating and doing business! I can't wait to see what next week brings!
