Obama's New Language

On January 14, 2008, a new language called MBS (Manager's Basic Subjects) was launched to the world  to teach us to be real managers-leaders. Many of its statements coincides with the thoughts for Change and Hope of President Obama. Now we have more reasons to say that the World need to "speak" MBS in all organizations, private and public.

"That we are in the midst of crisis is now well understood… Our economy is badly weakened, a consequence of greed and irresponsibility on the part of some, but also our collective failure to make hard choices and prepare the nation for a new age. " (Barack Obama’s inauguration speech)

The rational world is becoming mindful of the need for complex changes in the behavior of all humankind, lest we come dangerously close to a point of no return.

The world must agree to the predominance of the common good over individual welfare, and accept that irational or harmful action on the part of some organizations during the course of their development, can become a Sword of Damocles that could jeopardize the world order and pose a genuine threat to community.

The world is changing... You, your bussines, your company, your city, your state, your country and the world ... Need MBS ! .. for leading change.
