Fast Weight Loss Guide - Fat Burning Furnace Review

Why do some people find it easy to shed fat and others find it hard even when they spend the same time at the gym and try as hard as they can to get lean?

The reason is that one person is doing what needs to be done in order to burn maximum fat while the other isn't. One person has turned his or her body to a fat burning furnace while another is simply wasting time at the gym.

The Fat Burning Furnace System by Rob Poulos is a 158 page guide on how to lose fat and gain lean muscle in order to look better and also raise your RMR (resting metabolic rate).

That is the ‘furnace’ part, the author talks about how you can raise your RMR so that your body burns hundreds more calories each day, effectively putting you on a diet by that many calories each day without you changing your eating habits.

It is a well written and detailed guide, although slow to start with lots of introduction as to why he believes his methods work so well etc, the ‘meat’ of the system doesn’t start until around page 24, then the information on exercise carries on until page 104, with 105+ concentrating on nutrition.

Diet Guide

Rob lays out the 15 best foods for losing fat, as well as the 15 worst foods you can eat. You may find some real surprises on the list as I did.

Although this is not a "true" diet guide, it does explain how and what foods to eat to keep your metabolism running high. Sometimes simple really is best. Most people don't want 250 pages of scientific information on the digestive system or the complexities of carbohydrates. They just want to know what to eat and how to lose weight, and Rob does exactly that.

Exercise Guide

This is where the Fat Burning Furnace really excels. Rob specializes in providing exercise routines which are short, and infrequent, making them work nicely for those on busy schedules. You won't need to go to the gym or buy expensive workout equipment with this program. A couple of dumbbells is all you'll need.

Another nice aspect is how all of the exercises have photos to show you exactly how they should be done. You'll see what to do instead of trying to guess.

By spending as little as 15 minutes two to three times a week, Rob shows you how you can have excellent results. Judging from my own results, as well as actual other user results, the program works well and does what it says it will do. All in all this is a very solid weight loss program.

Nutrition

The system covers nutrition as well for about 35 pages and discusses what you should be eating to maximise fat loss, why he doesn’t recommend fad diets, and he gives a very simple way to watch what you eat and give your body what it needs. He takes you through lots of common perceptions on nutrition and gives his take on them which made a lot of sense to me (like why you put lots of weight back on after a traditional diet).

You get a sample meal plan for a day and he gives you a site to go to for lots of free recipes you can use.

You also get some planners which you can print out to help track your progress, and some tools like a body fat percentage analyser which is basic but serves its purpose.
