I have a daunting task to fine a building/ and or land zoned MU (multi-use)  min. 5 acres??? for a client in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area where do you start ??? zoning, area, streets access, building today/ fiberglass...bricks&motar, church  building, box building the questions are endless etc....????
