Treebraids For Extremely Kinky Hair

Treebraids are a beautiful head adornment for any woman.  But what to do if your client has kinky hair that hasn't been combed in years?  Treebraids are a beautiful head adornment for any woman.  But what to do if your client has kinky hair that hasn't been combed in years?

Everyone knows how difficult it is to comb really, really thick kinky hair.  So it is not surprising that occasionally a client will come in that has this realy thick kinky hair, and has a sensitive scalp.

Now, there is a lot going on here for the hair braider to take into consideration:

1)  Concern (of course) for the sensitive nature of the clients' scalp.

2)  Concern on how to comb the hair- prepare to add a whole hour to treebraiding time.  If this is not an option, use the fingertips to gently pull the hair up and outwards.

3) If this does not help individual tree braids are highly recommended- as shown.  Additional pictures of this treebraid can be found at the links below.

4) Nevertheless, it is possible to transform virgin hair into a treebraid masterpiece.

Kaale recommends tree braid cornrows for very thick hair, and if it is tough to comb, individual tree braids.
