FC Talent Manifesto -- ("Sex, Lies, and Recruiting")

Let's be completely honest - at the end of the day, each organization has positions & roles (and therefore, talent) that are hands-down more important than others when it comes to competitive advantage, EPS, stock price, and/or profitability.  These roles can come in a variety of flavors:

a. A Hurricane Correspondent at The Weather Channel

b. An Internet Marketing Analyst at Google

c. An IT Solutions Sales Exec at Accenture

If you cannot win when it comes to luring, attracing, and closing those roles that are most critical to your organization's success, your days are numbered.
