I have always found it difficult to say no to some foods, but I found the Cheat Your Way Thin program to be surprisingly easy to follow, and it did allow to eat my favourite foods in the diet plan. I have tried a number of programs and I found this to be up with the best of them.

In Cheat Your Way Thin, Joel tells you exactly what to eat and when to eat, i.e. to eat smarter, as opposed to sticking to a strict reduced food diet, which I could never do. I don’t know about you, but I prefer to be told what to eat when it comes to dieting, as I don’t pretend to understand everything about fat loss. The system is based on the correct diet of good quality foods, and some moderate exercises to help you lose the weight. The diet also includes some cheat days at the weekend where the diet allows you to eat whatever you want. Timing seems to be the important factor here.

The Cheat Your Way Thin program explains portion control, meal frequency, and explains the importance of Protein, Carbohydrates and good fats, which was new to me. The program splits into three types of meal days, Low carb, Low GI, High GI days and mixing these up seems to create a fat burning body.
From start to finish, Cheat Your Way Thin reviews exactly what to eat each day and what exercises to do. Nothing is left to guess work, which was what I really liked about this program.
There is an exercise component in the Cheat Your Way Thin program, but these are purely designed to burn fat, not muscle, and are targeted at every individual's abilities and needs. One thing to note, this is not a Fat Burning, Muscle Building program, this is purely Fat loss, with exercises to get you there faster, without burning your muscle away, and all within your own ability.

Cheat Your Way Thin also offers a one-on-one email consultation to help guide you, which I found to be particularly helpful, there are always questions and the program makes it easy for you to get clarification if required. I found this to be a great benefit.
The reference cards are a great cheat sheet of information and the success journal is great for recording your progress. I found the recipes and meal plans to be a great help, when you don't really know what to eat. It takes away the thinking of what to make or what to buy in the shops. Again it is all explained.
For anyone who is just interested in losing fat, with some moderate exercise, then this program will work for you. You will have to push yourself on the exercises, to ensure you maximize your body’s fat burning potential, but it should be within anyone's capabilities.
